Please fill this out and sent to back to school if your child would like to march in the parade. Be sure to check for location and times that float will be built. The way we decide who gets to ride on the float is that a parent or guardian must participate in building it! Other children may march in the parade. See details on permission slip! Parent volunteers needed to march in the parade and to help build the float!

Send this form to school if your child is going to change from his/her normal route of being a bus or car rider.
Special Note: Parents, please be aware that students may not change buses or ride home on other student's buses. If your student has a "guest" coming home with him/her, please make arrangements to pick them up from the school.
